The patient is an 18-year old young male, with a height of 5’7” and weighing 65 kilos. He lives in a metropolitan area and studies in a reputed school. He fell from his bicycle and damaged his front tooth, and needed to get it fixed at the earliest.

The patient was a 27-year-old dentist who was worried about his yellowed teeth. He was an avid coffee drinker, which have caused his teeth to become yellow. He was getting married the next week and wanted to look good and presentable.

Case Study #1

Patient needed to fix his tooth at the earliest since he is a college going student and very much active socially. Since he had to immediately restore the lost front tooth, an implant was suggested. The dental implant (KOS Plus 3.6/13+3mm, Simpladent, Switzerland) was placed, and a permanent zirconia crown was delivered the very next day. The replaced tooth looks normal and natural. After the treatment, the patient was so delighted with his tooth and said it helped in increasing his confidence a great deal.

Case Study #2

The patient opted for an immediate replacement of the tooth with a dental implant. As she was young, the bone loss wasn’t considerable. Two implants were placed to replace the missing molar tooth. (KOS Micro 3.6/12mm & 3.0/12mm, Simpladent, Switzerland). Porcelain fused to Metal crown was delivered in three days time following immediate loading protocols. The implant fitted her well, and she said that it felt so natural. She went home happy that the gap had been covered. We are glad that her beautiful smile has been restored.

Case Study #3

Initially, the patient had visited a local clinic and was not happy with the work, and she came to us for a dental implant. We had to be sure that her gum architecture wasn’t damaged with her failed dental treatment, and we worked to give her a natural look with the new implant. We did the procedure successfully and she was happy to get back her natural smile. She resumed her normal duties after the treatment, and since she was in good medical health, the healing was really quick.

Case Study #1

The patient was having several root stumps and some of his teeth were periodontally involved, due to which he has not able to chew properly. Full mouth rehabilitation using immediate loading dental implants was suggested for this case. All his teeth were removed and implants placed in the same appointment. BECES Implants, Simpladent, Switzerland were used. Porcelain fused to Metal permanent prosthesis was delivered on the third day following immediate loading protocols. The patient sailed through the procedures successfully and he was quite delighted with the results. He doesn’t feel that it isn’t his normal teeth anymore, and has started smiling and eating with confidence.

Case Study #2

There was gum recession, discoloured teeth and teeth with severe infection. Patient wanted a fixed option to replace his teeth and dentures were out of question. He was suggested full mouth rehabilitation with immediate loading dental implants. All of his teeth were removed, and the implants placed immediately. Porcelain fused to Metal permanent prosthesis was placed within 3 days following immediate loading protocols. Great care and caution was taken to preserve the gum architecture. At the end of the procedure, the patient was pleased that he was able to eat without any problems, and he had no more pain while biting into hard food items.

Case Study #3

She consulted us because she wanted the partials out and new high-quality implants were put in to improve the appearance. All the teeth were removed and immediate loading implants from Simpladent, Switzerland were placed immediately. Acrylic fused to metal semi permanent prosthesis was delivered in three days time following immediate loading protocols. The patient is happy with the multiple teeth implant. She has revealed that she can now eat whatever she wants, without worrying about how she would be able to chew. She can have apples, cashew nuts, and even bite on sugarcane. 

 

Laser Dentistry - Teeth Whitening

The patient approached us to whiten his teeth. Luckily for him, there were no gum infections or cavities. Apart from the yellowed teeth, he did not have any other issues that required immediate attention. After consultation with us, he preferred to bleach his teeth through laser-assisted teeth whitening to put in a sparkle to his smile. The intrinsic stains were removed; there were some deeper stains embedded in the enamel, and we had to remove them, Eventually, the teeth started looking good and white. The treatment was hugely successful, and he was pleased with the results.

Clear Aligners - Case Study #1

Our patient revealed that she has put in traditional braces when she was a teenager, but since she didn’t find it appealing, she didn’t continue with the treatment. She did not have any periodontal diseases at the time, and because of her age and social status she was advised clear aligners. She teaches in a school, and she feels that visible braces make children uncomfortable. The patient came in at three-week intervals until the treatment was competed. The patient also followed home care tips excellently, and the result of it was perfectly aligned teeth. She was applying for a new job in a prominent company, and this treatment has definitely improved her confidence.

Clear Aligners - Case Study #2

Our patient was not financially sound in his childhood, so he had not put on any kind of braces until now. However, now he has decided to place clear aligners because he was not comfortable with braces that can be seen. Once the clear aligners were placed, he came in for regular reviews, until his teeth were aligned properly, and his bite was perfect.
